How it works?
At IME, representatives from the public sector present their investment opportunities in front of a carefully chosen audience of investors and business representatives. However, the matchmaking process between project owners and investors starts from the moment of your registration. As soon as we receive your registration, we ask you to fill out a detailed form with information on your prospects and investment needs. Based on that our dedicated team invites investors and businesses that match those needs. Following the same principle, investors are required to provide detailed information on their preferences and the estimated volume of investment as well as fields of interest. That is how we make sure that throughout the two days of the event itself, all participants get the best possible meetings and negotioations. Our statistics so far speak for themselves.
There are several options for participating at IME. Throughout the past few years for stakeholders like Investment Promotion Agencies (IPAs) and other project owners it has proved to be most efficient to book the exhibitors package, which includes an information booth (two sizes available) as well as a speaking slot in our conference program. This gives them the opportunity to present one or two of their most important projects directly in front of the whole audience, while the booth offers space for further negotioations with investors and businesses.
Other stakeholders (International Organizations, Financial Institustions, investors, and service providers like project managers, consultants etc.) that are presenting their services and portfolios, usually choose to book only a presentation slot in the conference program. Of course it is also possible to join IME24 with a Delegate Ticket as well, without having an active role in the program of the event, but benefitting from the unique networking opportunities.
Our team will be happy to advise on all options and assist you in finding the right form of participation for your needs and budget.
